Had a fantastic time at the salon! Taylor did an amazing job with my hair, and for the first time, a stylist actually asked me how short I wanted it and took the time to blend my bangs perfectly. I will definitely be returning - I can't express enough how much I valued the attention to detail, and Taylor is truly skilled!
Just needed a quick trim since my regular stylist was unavailable. I booked with a "master stylist" assuming it would be good since they are a "master". The cut turned out like a child did it, and the "blow out" I paid extra for was just a basic blow dry with no styling. At checkout, the price was $63 instead of the advertised $50 because of my long hair. My usual stylist doesn't even charge that much for a full haircut and blowout! Never returning here again!
Terrible experience with Alex. I went in for a trim and my hair was cut way too short, it was supposed to just be the ends but now it barely reaches my shoulders. I am shocked and let down. A trim should be simple. She is not clueless, she knows how to trim hair. I have evidence to prove the length difference with photos. Also, the neckline shape up is too high, even for a man. Disappointing.
