The employee seemed to perceive my presence as an intrusion on her break. It was the quickest haircut I've ever received, comparable to those in the military. There was a lack of communication, small talk, or any form of customer service. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Typically, my visits here are pleasant, but tonight I felt hurried. I didn't pay much attention during the appointment and couldn't see my eyebrows being worked on. Upon returning home, I noticed my eyebrows were still a mess. When I contacted Paige, the attendant who assisted me, she claimed to have done her best, but it was far from satisfactory. She offered to fix them on Thursday, but I declined. I inquired about a refund, and she advised me to call back the following day. I've decided to handle my own eyebrow maintenance going forward.
Arrived for a hair trim and was informed of a 30-minute wait, which I accepted politely. After briefly leaving to shop and returning 10 minutes before my appointment, I was met with frequent glares from an older lady. No one greeted me or provided an estimate of the wait time. I sat there until the younger girl finished with another client, but she simply glanced at me and continued working without acknowledging my presence. Feeling ignored, I decided to leave. The lackluster atmosphere of the salon was disappointing, and I would rate it 0 stars if possible.
