My father has been having a nurse come and fill his meds, order what is needed and check his blood pressure. Nobody showed up yesterday, so he called the office only to find out that she had quit. Nobody called to tell us anything. A courtesy call to the clients must be too difficult to do....and of course nobody showed up today either. And no call from the office.
While dealing with nurse at home I found that the service was exquisite. Each individual that I spoke with showed a positive attitude and genuinely cared. It has been a pleasure and I will continue to recommend the services they provide!
