AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Everything is off from the beginning. The customer service is the absolute worst I've ever encountered. I phoned on Wednesday during their operating hours to inquire about scheduling a 2-person massage for Friday, and the lady on the line yelled (yes, YELLED): "WE DON'T TAKE EARLY APPOINTMENTS, CALL BACK ON FRIDAY. WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO BOOK SO EARLY? WE CAN'T SCHEDULE IT FOR YOU." Had an amazing time. Maya (Mi) and her coworker were incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job. She displayed great attention to detail and dedicated time to perfecting my nails. If you're booking a mani or pedi, make sure to request her! She assisted me in selecting a color and I absolutely adore it!
Even when I accidentally ruined one of my nails right after they finished the manicure, she promptly removed all the polish from that nail and reapplied it without hesitation.
