AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Everything is off from the beginning. The customer service is the absolute worst I've ever encountered. I phoned on Wednesday during their operating hours to inquire about scheduling a 2-person massage for Friday, and the lady on the line yelled (yes, YELLED): "WE DON'T TAKE EARLY APPOINTMENTS, CALL BACK ON FRIDAY. WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO BOOK SO EARLY? WE CAN'T SCHEDULE IT FOR YOU." I wasn't aware that appointments had to be made on the same day, but is that really how they communicate with their clients?

My spouse and I have been patrons here for nearly 2 years. We aim to visit at least once a week, typically on a Saturday or Sunday evening. Every massage we've experienced has been EXCELLENT... My preferred therapist is David; he consistently pinpoints my areas of tension and leaves me feeling rejuvenated. However, it's worth noting that every staff member is skilled... in almost 2 years of weekly visits, I've never had a subpar massage. The facilities are tidy, the massages are Exceptional!!.. and the pricing is quite reasonable.
