Deluxe Nail Salon

I recently relocated and have explored different nail salons in my new area. I have visited twice and Cindy assisted me on both occasions. She provided excellent service and was gentle yet effective in handling my in-grown nails and sensitive feet. The pricing is reasonable, with quick options available when needed. Additionally, they offer a loyalty program. The salon maintains a clean and professional environment.

I took my daughter and 10-year-old granddaughter for a girls' day out. They both had a mani/pedi combo, while I opted for a pedicure with added amenities like a drink and massages. Unfortunately, I was not offered a drink, and the technician caused my toes to bleed. Despite my daughter's repeated requests to address calluses and dry skin, she was informed that it was not included in her package, even though it was. We agreed to pay extra for the additional service. Shockingly, my granddaughter did not even have her nails painted. We left the salon having spent $385, yet we all still had the same calluses we came in with. The staff was impolite when asked to address the dry skin issue. It was disappointing to discover that my daughter's stepmother understood their language and overheard their disrespectful comments. It's unacceptable for them to assume we don't comprehend their conversations. I am not wealthy by any means, and had the experience been enjoyable, it might have justified the cost. However, to add numerous charges totaling $385 for basic manicures and pedicures for my family is outrageous.

Their work is always exceptional! They truly have a talent for nail artistry! I showed them a picture and they consistently work their magic! I trust them completely with my nail care!💅🏻
