Absolutely terrible haircut.
I want to start by saying my nearly 4yo has always been great at sitting still for haircuts. We had a sudden event and couldn't book with our usual barber.
The pictures say it all.
I wasn't there for the haircut. I was informed the "stylist" didn't have a name tag, didn't introduce herself, or talk during the cut.
We got a coupon at the fair and decided to try it since we were in a rush. Worst. Choice. Ever. I'm so embarrassed and upset as you can see. My poor little guy is going to look silly until the bald spot grows back. This establishment exudes a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly individuals and impeccable cleanliness. The lounge area is cozy, featuring comfortable seating and complimentary coffee. During my initial visit, I was attended to by Bonnie, whom I have followed to three different locations over the years. She is exceptionally kind and skillful, especially considering the limited amount of hair I have left! Bonnie also works wonders with my wife's hair. Taylor, the salon owner, is a treasure! I came with brassy hair and she transformed it into something stunning. She stayed late for me, took her time, and the cut feels lighter and more manageable than my usual heavy ends.
