I've been a loyal client of Paul, the proprietor, for more than 25 years. I would follow him anywhere. Each time, my hair looks absolutely fantastic. He's always experimenting with new techniques, and I consistently leave with a fabulous haircut.
First visit based on positive feedback, but my perm turned out flat, hair severely damaged, resembling a dried-out broom! Cathy was the stylist responsible, causing chemical burns on my neck. Despite leaving messages, there has been no response to my calls! The worst salon experience ever! Avoid at all costs!
You won't find a more welcoming, skilled, or charming salon in all of the Pacific Northwest. I've been a client for over 8 years and have never had a negative experience. The pricing is quite reasonable and accessible in the increasingly costly PNW region. I recommend Hair Enchantment to everyone!
