I like the piercing studio upstairs! It's much more pleasant and knowledgeable. If you're going to work in a place that sells body jewelry, it's good to have some expertise. Also, some of the attitudes here are not great. You might end up leaving feeling frustrated.
The new person working there was extremely rude, making sarcastic remarks the whole time I was there, which was only about 3 minutes before I decided to leave and not use their services. I didn't catch her name, but she had black hair, braces, and a nose piercing. Very unprofessional; this place used to have much friendlier staff! Her negative attitude deserves 1 star, I wish I could give 0!! Train your staff better, and maybe you'll attract more customers.
I went to get my nose pierced, and the woman who did it for me was really kind. She provided me with a lot of useful information and ensured I understood everything. I wanted a hoop, but she mentioned they were out of small ones and offered to do it with a larger one, explaining it would leave a noticeable gap. Knowing that I planned to switch to a hoop after it healed, she advised me on the best placement for the current one. She was fantastic. I was hesitant after reading the reviews, but I'm glad I went.
