I recently had a manicure and pedicure, and I must say, I am disappointed. A young individual who claimed to be the sibling of another staff member did my nails, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The application of nail polish was uneven, with thin spots near the cuticles and globs in other areas. When I requested corrections, the filing was done poorly, and the final topcoat was applied haphazardly. It seemed like the person was new as their hand was shaking, but despite my hesitation, I feel the need to redo the work myself after spending a substantial amount. This luxury treat left me feeling dissatisfied, especially considering the contrasting positive reviews. It's likely just the specific technician I had, but regardless, I won't be returning.

My spouse and I indulged in pedicures today, and we were thoroughly impressed! The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was serene, and the service was impeccable. Throughout the session, we were consistently checked on for comfort, water temperature, and overall enjoyment. Both technicians were incredibly kind! It was my husband's first pedicure, and he's already looking forward to the next one :) Many thanks to Salon De Nails & Spa!

The service here was exceptional! My nail tech paid meticulous attention to detail and ensured my satisfaction throughout the entire process. She added unique touches that enhanced the overall look. The ambiance is incredibly calming, and the staff is exceptionally kind. This visit was my first, but I will definitely return!
