I've given this salon multiple chances, but they consistently deliver subpar work. Each of my nails ended up being different sizes, despite me raising my concerns. The staff just brush it off and insist that everything looks beautiful. I had to come home and fix my nails myself to make them somewhat presentable. One look at both my index fingers clearly shows the discrepancy in size, making it even more noticeable in person.
I'm currently in Texas searching for a nail salon and stumbled upon fresh nails. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The place was immaculate, and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. Be Be did my nails, and I highly recommend her and this salon.
I visited this nail salon since it's conveniently close to my home. The first time, a gentleman did my nails, I believe his name was Oh. He did a decent job. However, on my second visit, an elderly lady with thin, curly hair attended to me. It was the worst experience. She didn't paint my nails properly, and several started lifting the next day. The overall outcome was uneven, and my cuticles looked terrible. I've been getting my nails done for over a decade, and this is by far the worst salon I've been to. Save your time and avoid this place.
