I went there with my wife. The massage was decent, nothing extraordinary. We left a tip ($10 for each masseuse) which I thought was fair for a $70 massage. However, they seemed to expect more. If people are going to aggressively demand tips and not be satisfied with what you give, why bother going back?
I have frequented this establishment multiple times, it is very well-maintained and the staff are extremely welcoming. The massage was exceptional, I highly recommend this place!
I made a stop on my way back from LAX after skiing in Colorado. After a regrettable decision to tackle a difficult slope, I ended up falling and hurting my back. I contacted Lavender Spa and they were able to accommodate me right away. Amy (I believe her given name is Woman) worked on my back and shoulders, delivering an outstanding deep tissue massage. I woke up the next day with much better mobility than I had anticipated. A top-notch experience. Thank you.
