I visited the salon today to get ombre done to my hair. I showed Marina 3 recent pictures of myself with the ombre I wanted. She ended up dyeing my whole head blonde to the point where it didn’t even resemble what I asked for. The roots were left dark, making it look like it's growing out. The blonde color bled and was not applied properly. Additionally, she began with a dry cut and never completed the haircut.
