Today I came in just for my toes, but the next day I was leaving for Thanksgiving and wanted my nails done. I was aware of this salon and their nail services. Despite my reservations, I decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The photos speak for themselves. I am utterly appalled by how my nails turned out. I paid a total of $115 - $45 for my pedicure and $70 for my manicure. The listed price for a manicure is $50, yet they charged me an additional $15 for the French manicure, which is supposed to be gel but is already chipping. A male technician did my nails, despite my preference for a female technician. The owner assured me he was skilled at shaping, but as evident from the results, my nails are poorly shaped and the cuticles are in terrible condition. It is clear that he lacks expertise in nail care. The salon seems to assign technicians randomly, prioritizing profit over quality service. I will not be returning. While I appreciate their pedicure services, I will search for a better salon for my nails. The products used on my nails were subpar. My nails should not look like this just a week after being done. Judging by the numerous negative reviews, it appears that bad experiences outweigh the good ones.
Fi consistently does an excellent job on my nails! I exclusively visit this salon. Tammy expertly tends to my eyelashes and eyebrows, showcasing her exceptional skills. The technicians who perform my pedicures may vary, but they consistently deliver precise French pedicures and flawlessly execute the color of my choice.
Appalling!! I developed an infection on my big toe because the technician unnecessarily trimmed my nail excessively! It was completely unwarranted. The salon does not use sterile tools. I will never return and strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. Steer clear!
