Greta was an exceptional stylist who truly listened to my hair preferences. There was a slight wait, but it wasn't too bothersome as they had recently updated their system and were still adjusting.
Be ready for a lengthy wait even if you check in online ahead of time, and even when there are only one or two stylists working. The women seem to chat more than they focus on their tasks, making it feel like they are just killing time. I won't be returning here. I've never encountered this issue at other branches.
I always enjoy coming in with Rachel for a great haircut. I am quite particular about my stylists, and she has been my top choice for over a year now. She also does a fantastic job with beard trims.
