I adore Yama boutique, but on Saturday, June 24, 2023, I had a 9:00 appointment. I arrived at 8:30 and didn't leave until 8:00 pm. The staff took two breaks to eat while I was there. Everyone dined together. I hadn't eaten all day, so I appreciated the meal. However, it was unexpected that it consumed my entire day, causing me to miss my sister's 6:30 pm dinner party. Please improve your scheduling and avoid overbooking your staff.
Yama and her siblings are exceptional. I have a deep admiration for them.
Firstly, I must commend the stylist who braided my very short hair excellently. However, there is one individual there whose unprofessional attitude stood out. She claimed that hair was too short for braiding if it didn't reach a certain length. Additionally, the prices quoted over the phone differed from the charges presented in person.
