Requested caramel highlights but got neon yellow ones instead. Despite asking for no front chunks, ended up with them. The appointment took 5 hours for a cut and highlights for myself and my two children. Left a $20 tip on a $205 bill. The appointments after me had to wait over an hour because she was still working on me. I messaged her about potentially box dyeing my hair, no response. Went back and was blocked. Confronted her, was accused of being rude to my kids. Received lies and excuses. Would rate zero stars for professionalism and customer care. Services rated 3.5 stars.
