Came in earlier today to purchase a color lift & dye. It didn't take so reached out. Dion was EXTREMELY helpful & knowledgeable about what I was doing wrong. Answered all my queries, was patient with me, educated me on my errors & what steps to take next. Since I'm clueless about all this. Now aware of my mistakes & pleased I reached out.
Every time I visit the buckeye Sally’s store, the employees always seem very unhappy and don’t appear eager to assist. Tonight I entered Sally’s to purchase my preferred eyelashes and the lady working didn't even greet me upon entering the store. When I turned to check out, she was leaning on the register and didn't say hi until I did. Even then she was quiet and awkward. She didn't say anything after the purchase, like have a goodnight or anything. I'm done visiting this location. The employees at the goodyear store are much more helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Excellent customer service is key to a business.
After using the wrong ion color (in the wrong spot) My blonde hair turned brown. I returned to the Sally's I usually visit in Buckeye on Watson Rd. Received really poor advice and my hair turned a REDDISH ORANGE. So I returned the next day. A different individual offered a different suggestion. I was desperate so I tried it. IT DIDN'T WORK IT JUST MADE IT REDDER. HELP
