I visited this establishment for the first time today and unfortunately, I will not be returning. The staff was friendly, but appeared disorganized and rushed. Despite arriving 10 minutes early, my appointment began 10 minutes late and ended much sooner than expected. My requests regarding the length and shape of my nails were not heeded. The dip nails applied were overly thick, showing signs of separation from the nail bed. Cuticle trimming and cleanup were neglected both before and after the service, which was disappointing. I have never encountered such poor service at a nail salon before. I have attached images from my visit for reference.

He abruptly cut my nails too short, contrary to my preference. The consequences of applying a thin layer were never communicated to me. Despite requesting rounded nails, I ended up with square ones. There was no confirmation of details throughout my appointment, and minimal communication overall. In my years of salon visits, I have never been charged extra for cuticle clipping, as it is standard practice. Basic cuticle care should not require a separate request. The photos I shared accurately depict the result of my salon visit, taken immediately upon returning home. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction at the salon, I returned to find my seat occupied by a new client, being told I was "all done." This entire experience has been marred by poor customer service, and it is disheartening to see such dishonesty in response to a genuine review.
After my initial nail appointment, I am delighted with the results. I will monitor their durability over time. The nail technician was attentive and friendly, catering to my preferences. While the work station could have been cleaner, I am overall pleased with the service. Update: I had my nails done by John during the Christmas season and absolutely adored the results. Here is a recent picture. I adore this salon, although I do wish cleanliness was prioritized.
