I've been coming here every week and particularly Mia was excellent with deep pressure. However, during a recent appointment with the owner? Jessa - she insisted I come in and proceeded to give me the worst superficial oil rub session ever, not even close to a massage. Despite my repeated requests, it didn't improve and then she had the audacity to ask for tips.
