I've been coming here every week and particularly Mia was excellent with deep pressure. However, during a recent appointment with the owner? Jessa - she insisted I come in and proceeded to give me the worst superficial oil rub session ever, not even close to a massage. Despite my repeated requests, it didn't improve and then she had the audacity to ask for tips. When I mentioned it was a bad experience, she showed me a healing wound on her palm 🤦🏻♂️
The man kept stepping outside to greet customers and answer phone calls during the massage. He even expected a larger tip than I had given him. I won't be returning.
