Terrible experience! I had my hair done at The Loc Lab in 2020, getting Sisterlocks on my 20-inch hair by the owner. The result was messy and far from what I had in mind. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner's response was rude instead of working on a solution. I lost $2000, over 10 inches of hair, and my hair remains damaged to this day. Seeking a second opinion from other professionals confirmed that my request was reasonable. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in the world.
I had a wonderful experience with Honesty at The Loc Lab. She did an amazing job installing my Sisterlocks and is great at maintaining them. She also takes care of my daughter's natural hair. I particularly enjoy the hair washes she gives me; they are fantastic! I always feel confident that all my hair needs will be taken care of in a clean and pleasant environment at The Loc Lab. I consistently leave satisfied!
