I used a gift certificate for my nail appointment, which they honored even though it had expired the day before. The lady who did my nails was sweet and attentive, making sure they looked cute. Deceptive practices at this salon! I went in for a pedicure, nail tech offered me a menu for $65 dollar pedicure (not even regular menu) and was asking for what scent I wanted. I replied politely “No thank you, I would like a regular pedicure” and he says “okay”. First and foremost, the massage chairs here are absolutely fantastic. Being 6'2, I often feel cramped during pedicures, but their chairs recline so far back!
