Deceptive practices at this salon! I went in for a pedicure, nail tech offered me a menu for $65 dollar pedicure (not even regular menu) and was asking for what scent I wanted. I replied politely “No thank you, I would like a regular pedicure” and he says “okay”. As the pedicure is happening I start smelling the scent he offered me and was like that’s weird but maybe it’s just what they use.
I will let the photos speak for themselves. I got a manicure and pedicure. Stayed in their 2 hours. Drove across the street and looked at my nails and I noticed I messed up one then I noticed the nail polish was old. Drove back less than 10 minutes later and showed them my nails. The lady wanted to redo but I told her I didn’t have time and I just wanted a refund. She got the manager and he said I could not get a refund. My nails and toes are horrible. I stood there and showed him how the polish was peeling off and he wanted to redo and I told them I did not have time and he said I could come back. I asked him to put it in writing and he would not. He then proceeded to tell me because I got the manicure and pedicure the service was complete and the polish is free. I asked him where does it say that. He said everyone knows that. I left and I’m glad I paid with a card because I will dispute the payment. On top of this when the guy finished with my man he put the tools back in the case and did not wash them.
