I used a gift certificate for my nail appointment, which they honored even though it had expired the day before. The lady who did my nails was sweet and attentive, making sure they looked cute. I was pleased with her gentle care and attention to detail.
The change in ownership is evident in the declining customer service and overall quality. My nails and feet were done on Friday evening, and by the third day, they already look worn out. The gel paint is dull, and the individuals handling the manicures and pedicures lack experience.
I am extremely satisfied with my salon experience and impressed with the results. Upon arrival, my friend and I were promptly greeted and seated with our nail technicians within minutes.
