Typically, the individual who usually tends to my toenails does a great job. However, today, there was a lack of respect for my boundaries. I requested acrylic on my big toe, and it seemed like they were unfamiliar with the process. I compromised by having the acrylic removed. Throughout this, I repeatedly asked to have my nail soaked off, but they insisted on their own method, disregarding my boundaries. Ripping off acrylic with a nail tip is not only ineffective but also harmful to the nail. I stopped the service, paid for polish removal, and left. I will not be returning to this establishment.
I adore this country and its citizens. They are incredibly friendly and produce fantastic work with innovative designs. This will be my go-to salon from now on!
