Definitely a unique birthday experience. I wanted a trim and wash so I checked in online, which was quite convenient and easy! The stylist initially tried to pass me off to another stylist. My partner was also getting a haircut, and since mine would take longer, we decided I should go first. Maybe not the best decision. The stylist was rough during the wash, kept smacking my hair while towel drying, which wasn't a big deal but still... Then came the cut 🥴 This was truly the worst haircut I've ever had. It's all different lengths and not from the layers. It looks blocky and uneven. And the blow drying, oh boy... It was rough, like I had somehow upset her. I was charged $55 for a blow dry, and my hair was still damp. I just wanted to look nice for my birthday party.
