I have been a loyal client of Rochel for 6 years, and she is truly exceptional! Her rates are unbeatable, she possesses extensive knowledge, and her demeanor is incredibly sweet and relaxed. She excels at extractions, and the shoulder massages she offers are a delightful bonus :)
Stumbled upon this establishment on Google and decided to give it a shot! Chelsea provided me with an exceptional facial! She took the time to analyze my skin and discuss my concerns to customize a facial that addressed my specific needs. She was gentle yet thorough with the extractions. Despite the small and tastefully decorated space, the service was top-notch, surpassing some more renowned spas I have visited! The prices are also quite reasonable and won't break the bank. I will definitely return to see Chelsea regularly to maintain my radiant skin.
I was eagerly anticipating this facial as my niece had a fantastic experience with Rochel. However, I was delayed due to an accident on my way there, which I promptly informed them about. Unfortunately, my facial was quite lackluster. I felt it was not executed properly, and to top it off, 15 minutes of my appointment time were deducted, presumably because of my lateness. This deduction was not clarified when I called; I was assured it would be fine. Consequently, I have decided not to return.
