She excels in her craft, and since my initial visit, I have received numerous compliments on my lashes. Katrina is warm and ensures a comfortable experience, especially for first-timers. I have been to many massage therapists over the years, and I could not be happier with the care I receive from Kim. They have magic hands, and are very intuitive in targeting whatever trouble spots I may have. At my first visit several months ago, Kim immediately put me at ease, and really listened to my issues, which they addressed thoroughly and competently. They are fun to talk to, but instantly respectful of times I am quiet (usually relaxed and nodding off). Kim's care and compassion have helped me through a really challenging time in my life, and I could not have been the caregiver I needed to be without their relieving my knotted and sore muscles.
