Upon entering Hair Studio One, I was immediately impressed. Despite the busy holiday season, Shannon managed to squeeze me in for an appointment. Cassandra, my stylist, was truly exceptional! She expertly crafted a beautiful blend of colors for my hair and kept me informed throughout the process. The final cut she gave me was flawless. A genuine hair artist who is also very personable. This was my first visit, and I've already scheduled another appointment. I highly recommend this salon.
My first visit to the salon left me somewhat underwhelmed, earning it a three-star rating from me. It took a lengthy 3 1/2 hours for a routine root color and partial highlight, which cost $171. While the results were okay, they didn't justify the price tag. The uncomfortable seating during the appointment and the stylist's minimal communication further detracted from the experience. Despite its convenient location, I am hesitant to return.
My daughter, Harper, had her hair cut by Cassandra at 2 p.m. today. While the front looks decent, the back is a disaster. It appeared wispy when wet at the salon, but upon drying, it revealed a ragged and uneven appearance with noticeable chunks of hair missing. Although the other three original hairdressers are fantastic, I would not recommend scheduling with Cassandra.
