I have been a loyal customer of Sophys since I was 16 years old. Now in my 30s, we have formed a strong bond like family. The service provided by Sophys has always been delightful. I truly cherish the experience every time I visit. Love them dearly!
I must say, the quality of service at this establishment is truly exceptional. My hair is styled to perfection on every visit. The cleanliness of the environment surpasses that of local competitors. The equipment is well-maintained, sanitized, and fully functional. There are no broken dryers or any such issues. The service is highly efficient. While the staff may not be overly friendly, possibly due to a language barrier, they are incredibly polite.
During my recent visit for a wash, cut, and style, I presented three reference pictures to the stylist. I had a specific vision in mind for a shoulder-length lob cut with a short wavy look, considering my thin hair. We agreed on adding layers for volume and she mentioned using rollers, a technique I was familiar with. However, upon removing the rollers, the stylist only lightly combed through my hair, leaving it curled up. Despite showing her the reference picture again, she proceeded with a blowout that turned out to be frizzy and unappealing. I was on the verge of tears. After paying, I rushed home to wash my hair immediately, hoping to undo the damage.
