I solely opt for eyebrow services here and I wholeheartedly give this establishment a perfect rating. One of the reasons I adore this place is their efficiency and exceptional eyebrow work. While threading can be painful, the choice between waxing or threading is yours. I personally tried both methods and it's been a month since my last session, yet my eyebrows still look fantastic!
I usually refrain from leaving reviews, but this experience was utterly unacceptable. I used to hold this place in high regard until one fateful day. I requested an upper lip wax, as advertised, and upon completion, my skin felt irritated, which I initially brushed off as normal. The following day, I noticed a dark brown residue on my upper lip, accompanied by a persistent burning sensation. It turned out to be leftover wax that hadn't been properly removed. I managed to eliminate the wax using warm coconut oil, but the hot wax had already left a burn mark. Even after over a month, the mark remains visible. Despite my complaint the next day, no action was taken. I've resorted to covering my face with a mask to conceal the burn mark.
I've been frequenting this spot for nearly four years and never faced an issue until today. For top-notch service, I recommend sticking with the more seasoned lady. During today's visit, a different individual attended to my eyebrows and upper lip. I had to point out the improper waxing and areas needing touch-ups. Upon returning home, I discovered a wax strip stuck inside my T-shirt, leaving my face uncomfortably sticky. Picture getting your eyebrows done, only to find the middle part untouched, and being told they're finished. Similarly, despite an upper lip wax, visible hair remained.
