Peeling salons in Brooklyn Park

This salon lacks attention to customer preferences (or deliberately prioritizes their convenience). I phoned in to inquire about the availability of a specific nail technician that day and mentioned I would arrive as soon as they were free. I was given a time when the technician would be free, and that's when I arrived. However, upon sitting down for my pedicure, I was attended to by a different nail technician. I felt extremely awkward having to inquire in front of this technician about the availability of the one I had requested (possibly making them feel inadequate).. to which the person who took my call responded with, "Oh, you asked for so and so?" In the past, this used to be a wonderful salon where I frequented for both manicures and pedicures, but unfortunately, they have ceased to value their customers and their preferences. Whenever I called and requested specific nail technicians, I always felt like I was treated as a lesser customer. I was never overly particular about their work, I tipped generously when I was pleased with the service, never behaved rudely towards anyone (even though I've witnessed other customers being rude to them.. perhaps for a reason), and simply asked to be serviced by technicians I trusted and felt comfortable with. If expecting such basic customer service in the SERVICE industry is too much to ask for from a business, then I don't know.. deeply disappointed.

Outstanding customer service, everyone is incredibly welcoming! Without a doubt, my preferred nail salon, despite the slightly higher prices, they are always ready to adjust the shape or design promptly if you're not satisfied. Their craftsmanship is exceptional, I consistently depart feeling extremely content!

I've been a loyal customer of Golden Salon since its inception! The staff is exceptionally friendly, and I always request Lynn for my cuts. Whether it's Lynn or any other stylist, I've never been disappointed with my haircuts here. While walk-ins are welcome, booking an appointment is recommended. This place has my heart!
