Jenni is absolutely fantastic! She managed to squeeze me in for a last-minute appointment and put in the effort to ensure my nails were flawless! Despite having numerous clients and a fully booked schedule, she didn't compromise on quality. She can replicate any style I show her and consistently provides a delightful experience! Awarding 5 stars to ensure this evaluation is visible! I visited this establishment for the first time 10 days ago and paid $70 for a full set of medium-length nails with a classic French design. Initially, I found the price a bit steep, but I overlooked it as I've paid similar amounts at other locations previously. Kim attended to my nails, and while she was pleasant, she seemed to rush through the process - I was in the chair for only about 20-30 minutes in total. She applied a pink/nude powder for the French base without confirming with me, and the French design appeared rushed, with the white bleeding into the nude powder, creating streaks. When I raised my concerns, she suggested I return next time and ask for her for a discount, but she didn't rectify the issue. I left feeling indifferent about my nails. After a week, the nude powder started turning a greenish-brown in some areas, and most of my nails began lifting at the cuticle, almost like press-ons. Having been a nail client for years, I believe this was due to poor application and rushing through the service. Now, I have to spend extra money to either remove them and get a new set or go elsewhere for repairs.
