This salon lacks attention to customer preferences (or deliberately prioritizes their convenience). I phoned in to inquire about the availability of a specific nail technician that day and mentioned I would arrive as soon as they were free. I was given a time when the technician would be free, and that's when I arrived. However, upon sitting down for my pedicure, I was attended to by a different nail technician. I felt extremely awkward having to inquire in front of this technician about the availability of the one I had requested (possibly making them feel inadequate).. to which the person who took my call responded with, "Oh, you asked for so and so?" In the past, this used to be a wonderful salon where I frequented for both manicures and pedicures, but unfortunately, they have ceased to value their customers and their preferences. Whenever I called and requested specific nail technicians, I always felt like I was treated as a lesser customer. I was never overly particular about their work, I tipped generously when I was pleased with the service, never behaved rudely towards anyone (even though I've witnessed other customers being rude to them.. perhaps for a reason), and simply asked to be serviced by technicians I trusted and felt comfortable with. If expecting such basic customer service in the SERVICE industry is too much to ask for from a business, then I don't know.. deeply disappointed.

They did a terrible job, the brows were overly thick and shaped poorly! I would not suggest coming here. I requested a refund from the owner and was informed that they couldn't provide one since the services had been completed. Better to save your money and try somewhere else.

Lovely salon! I had two female stylists who were fantastic! Exceptional quality, very attentive, warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Pricing is quite reasonable as well.
