Today was awful, I was charged extra for supposedly having "thick" brows. Mine aren't even thick! I've been here before and never faced this. The lady said after two weeks, there's an added fee. Since when? It takes over a month for my hair to grow back. How would she even know when I came in? I asked for proof in writing, but she couldn't provide any. If that was the case, why not mention it before starting? I'm disappointed in the lack of honesty. I wonder how many others she's taken advantage of.
