Today was awful, I was charged extra for supposedly having "thick" brows. Mine aren't even thick! I've been here before and never faced this. The lady said after two weeks, there's an added fee. Since when? It takes over a month for my hair to grow back. How would she even know when I came in? I asked for proof in writing, but she couldn't provide any. If that was the case, why not mention it before starting? I'm disappointed in the lack of honesty. I wonder how many others she's taken advantage of. I won't be back.
I wish I could rate this lower, it was so rude! I was told that because my brows are thick, it would cost more. I explained this had never been an issue before. The response I got was "Well, it is now with me!" I left and will never go back!
Visited the Parma spot today, but the door was locked and the person inside was on their phone, ignoring me. Found another place where I could walk in and get my brows threaded and laminated. They look fantastic! 🤩
