Absolutely appalling behavior from the three nail technicians there. The individual with gray hair was repeatedly shouting at an individual of African American descent, instructing them to "be quiet" simply because their child was crying! Furthermore, when my daughters requested the technicians to fix their subpar nail polish application, they were dismissively told to just wash their hands as it would come off... I paid $120 for this unsatisfactory service! Extremely disrespectful!
