Absolutely appalling behavior from the three nail technicians there. The individual with gray hair was repeatedly shouting at an individual of African American descent, instructing them to "be quiet" simply because their child was crying! Furthermore, when my daughters requested the technicians to fix their subpar nail polish application, they were dismissively told to just wash their hands as it would come off... I paid $120 for this unsatisfactory service! Extremely disrespectful! I will not be returning.
I visited this establishment for a nail treatment. Upon arriving home, my nails appeared dull and started peeling within two days. One even broke off. Upon returning to the salon, the individual who redid my nails only charged me half price, which I believe was unjust. He claimed to be the manager, but I heard from a few people that he was actually the owner. Regardless, the responsibility lies with his employee, and I should have been reimbursed and received a free redo, as the previous technician failed to properly apply the overlay and nail tips, leading to the polish chipping. Although the owner, Tim, redid the nails, it has not even been a week and they are still in poor condition. I will never return or recommend this place. Initially, I thought it was a lovely establishment, visually elegant and my style.
This establishment does not even deserve a single star. Less than 24 hours later, my gel nail polish is already coming off! This has never happened to me before. Additionally, they charge a $5 fee if you do not pay in cash.
