I opted for an earlobe piercing, and the entire procedure lasted approximately an hour, far exceeding my previous experience at Claire's.

She truly took the time to understand my specific vision for the piercing. When I arrived for a consultation a week later, Rachel greeted me warmly at the front desk. Her kindness was truly appreciated. My appointment was with Pete, who attentively listened to my preferences and offered professional, impartial advice. There was no pressure to proceed with the piercing or not. After careful consideration, I decided to go through with it, and the experience was flawless. The environment was pristine, I felt well taken care of, and the final result was perfect. I extend my gratitude to all the individuals I interacted with during this appointment for their expertise, patience, and professionalism.

I accompanied my partner to Rockstar Piercing as she had long desired a nipple piercing. When it came to booking the appointment, it was a seamless 5-star experience. The receptionist, a lady of Asian descent, was exceptionally accommodating, even when my girlfriend was running late. She displayed kindness and understanding, despite us arriving just a couple of hours before closing. However, the sign-in process only receives a 2-star rating. While it was efficient, with a simple QR code scan and information entry, the owner, Pete, lacked personability. My girlfriend expressed her nerves, but he did not offer any reassurance. During the consultation, which only gets a 1-star rating, Pete prohibited me from accompanying my partner for measurements, which I found concerning given the circumstances. I wanted to be there to provide comfort. As for the piercing process, also rated 1 star, I was once again not permitted to enter the room. Pete appeared curt and lacked warmth, which likely heightened my girlfriend's anxiety. Ultimately, the pain was too intense for her to proceed with the piercing. Despite her high pain tolerance, she described the experience as excruciatingly slow, with the bar inching through her tissue. Upon returning home, it was evident that Pete had not performed a nipple piercing but had gone through the areola instead. This oversight, coupled with his dismissive attitude, left us deeply dissatisfied. We will not be returning to this establishment, as the experience fell far short of our expectations.
