My parent and I got our perms from Judy and Touru on April 15 and I wanted to wait and see how the perms turned out before writing a review.
**Updated Note** I haven't been myself but 2 acquaintances who've been informed me that it seems like the proprietor has changed/Judy departed and the service and cuts are not as excellent anymore/they would not suggest going.
