I felt truly cared for, and although the actual piercing was quick, I felt like I had formed a new connection with my piercer Rob. I initially went in for a simple second lobe piercing, but Rob suggested a stacked lobe based on my ear's anatomy and the placement of my first piercing. I had no knowledge about piercings, so I wasn't even aware this was an option, or that my ear shape suited it. I appreciated that Rob took the time to explain and offer suggestions tailored to my own ear. The only downside I can note is the cost. It's not budget-friendly by any means. However, as I mentioned, I lack experience with piercing studios and their pricing, so it might be reasonable for the service I received! In the end, I don't regret the expenditure. You get what you pay for, a top-notch experience. Anyone can insert a needle in your ear (or elsewhere) for a low price. If you seek quality jewelry, a safe and hygienic environment, and a warm and welcoming team, this is the place to be.

My encounter with Arcadia was truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the salon, I was greeted warmly and with genuine enthusiasm. They guided me through the entire process before, during, and after the piercing, explaining the jewelry variances and their visual effects. Morgan was absolutely fantastic. She detailed each tool she used, gave me ample time to ask questions and feel comfortable before commencing. The salon's cleanliness and sterility were also paramount to me. Arcadia will be my first choice for any future piercings, and I will wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Without a doubt, the most exceptional piercing experience I've ever had. Came in for a nose piercing, after a decade-long hiatus due to past negative experiences. The level of care and transparency surpassed even what I wish my healthcare providers would offer lol. They guided me through every stage of the process, addressed all my queries, and prepared me for what was to come. I felt no anxiety, and it was incredibly smooth. Plus, their jewelry collection is fantastic. I provided some preferences to their receptionist, and they presented me with numerous excellent choices. Huge thanks to Rob for a flawless experience, and to their receptionist whose name I regrettably didn't catch, you both are amazing!
