This establishment was absolutely atrocious. The place was dirty and the staff were unclean. Despite having only two people working, they were still taking on more clients than they could handle. After a disastrous pedicure, I refused to let them paint my nails. It was the worst experience I've ever had, without a doubt. I don't understand how or why my big toenail was cut off. It will take weeks to fix this mess.
The salon was dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time, including the equipment. There were two women working, but they tried to attend to all three of us simultaneously. One of the women filed my mother's nails so aggressively that my mother was in significant pain. It's important to note that my mother regularly gets her nails done, and she had to ask the woman to stop. When I was seated at a nail station, there were children's toys scattered on the table that were never removed. Ultimately, all three of us decided to get up and leave.
Excellent service and friendly staff! Highly recommended! Very accommodating and attentive to your preferences! I've been coming here for a little over six months now and have never been disappointed. I regret not taking more photos of my nails over the past few months, but they always turn out beautifully.
