Rushed out of work like any parent to get my child a haircut. Called the salon, asked if we needed to sign up, and they said just walk in. Drove to Sports Clips as my son wanted to try it, only to be met with attitude. Both stylists asked if we checked in online. After explaining we called, the one on the left said, "and." The lady by the register then told us they were closing in 30 minutes. I turned around and went across the street, where we were warmly welcomed. I recently had a facial with Taylor. They were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and it was genuinely one of the best facials I've ever experienced!!!! I had no plans to enroll in a membership, but halfway through the facial, I was convinced 😁Jamie at the front desk was also incredibly warm and competent.
