Rushed out of work like any parent to get my child a haircut. Called the salon, asked if we needed to sign up, and they said just walk in. Drove to Sports Clips as my son wanted to try it, only to be met with attitude. Both stylists asked if we checked in online. After explaining we called, the one on the left said, "and." The lady by the register then told us they were closing in 30 minutes. I turned around and went across the street, where we were warmly welcomed. So thrilled with my nails, they look absolutely stunning! Sena did an exceptional job, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I recently had a facial with Taylor. They were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and it was genuinely one of the best facials I've ever experienced!!!! I had no plans to enroll in a membership, but halfway through the facial, I was convinced 😁Jamie at the front desk was also incredibly warm and competent. So a friend of mines went and got his hair done from this shop, he ask for individuals but instead this so called professional stylist said it would take to long and did what he wanted to do. I don't see how anyone can keep going there even after walking away and talking on their phone for countless of hrs without getting anything done. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. The rude reply and doing what you wanna do when the client wants his hair a certain way and he paying you tell him what you not going to do and give him knotless. Who do he think he is. I don't see why this store is open this long. Where a professional stylist when you need it.. I wouldn't get my hair done here even if it's the last shop on earth!
