So, getting a wax isn’t the most enjoyable thing, but I always anticipate my appointments with Alex. They exude such a positive energy that truly enhances the whole experience. Alex is highly skilled, patient, and maintains a professional demeanor throughout. The ambiance of the salon is also very inviting and cozy.
Receiving a facial at Fresh Glow Spa was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The environment of the spa is incredibly serene and welcoming. Alex ensured that I was at ease the entire time and possesses extensive knowledge - they gladly answered all my queries about the procedures and products in detail, which was extremely helpful for someone like me who is not well-versed in skincare. I am eagerly looking forward to returning for more exceptional pampering and attention.
Alex was amazing! They were easy to converse with, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Moreover, it was one of the least painful waxing sessions I've ever had! I will definitely be booking another appointment with them!
