My spouse arranged a surprise girls' day for my birthday at this salon. I usually see STEPHANIE, who is fantastic - professional, careful, personable, and nice. This time, I had an unnamed guy who was careless and rude. Nicked me a few times, forgot to paint my left thumb until the end. When I asked to thin down the nails, he argued they'd break easily. Ignored my friend's request to thin them. Ended up shaving them too thin, causing bleeding cuticles. Unbelievable behavior, wouldn't recommend seeing just anyone here.
