My spouse arranged a surprise girls' day for my birthday at this salon. I usually see STEPHANIE, who is fantastic - professional, careful, personable, and nice. This time, I had an unnamed guy who was careless and rude. Nicked me a few times, forgot to paint my left thumb until the end. When I asked to thin down the nails, he argued they'd break easily. Ignored my friend's request to thin them. Ended up shaving them too thin, causing bleeding cuticles. Unbelievable behavior, wouldn't recommend seeing just anyone here. Sisters, mom, and friend had better experiences.
My nails are uneven. Was in a rush, had to dash to another appointment. Disappointed she didn’t add the chrome like I asked. She used the gel dryer when I only wanted DIP. I made it clear I wasn't comfortable with it. I avoid gel to avoid the dryer. She overcharged me, even after I specified the tip amount. Not about the money, it's the principle. Won't return or recommend.
I frequent this place since moving here, but last night was subpar. Got the deluxe pedicure with gel, but no scrub on the soles. He finished, but my feet didn't look nice. Cuticles on several toes were poorly cleaned. Paid $65 for just nail polish.
