I adore the employees! Tahani ensures stunning hair results and Rania is skilled in facials and eyebrows. The staff here is friendly, skilled, and professional. The salon's ambiance is inviting and calming. I can't praise this place enough. I've never felt so comfortable at a salon until I found Meraas. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best salon experience.
Their work was good, but the prices were extremely high. $180 for partial highlights in Brookpark? Really? I was offered a deep conditioning treatment for an additional $20, which I accepted. I expected the foils, trim, and conditioning treatment to cost around $100. I didn't even receive toner. I have fine hair. The trim took about 5 minutes and another 5 for blow-drying. Charging extra for a blow-dry as a "style" in December in Ohio seems excessive.
