I cannot speak highly enough about this establishment. After exploring numerous nail salons in BA, I finally stumbled upon this gem! I walked in on a busy Friday evening around 5 p.m., and the place was nearly at full capacity, with only two available seats. I quickly took a seat and was promptly offered water. The wait time was estimated to be between 8 to 15 minutes. After about 10 minutes, a lovely young lady named Nancy attended to me. She was incredibly polite and sweet. Despite the bustling environment, she did an excellent job on my nails in a reasonable amount of time. I am absolutely enamored with this establishment beyond words. I've been to various nail salons over the past 7 years, but none can hold a candle to Vu. The staff is consistently warm and welcoming. The pricing is quite fair. And let's not even start on Jason's skill with acrylics. For pedicures, Sydney has always been my go-to, and let me tell you... she's a pro!! This establishment exudes tranquility, and upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Karista with a smile. I felt truly welcomed by her. Before commencing, she took the time to elucidate the process. She sketched my eyebrows, and I was pleased with the result. The procedure was virtually painless compared to previous experiences that had left me in tears with redness and swelling. She rectified a minor aspect and was meticulous in her approach. The salon was immaculate.
